We provide monthly emergency light flick testing, weekly fire alarm bell tests and quarterly communal fire door inspecitons for residential blocks of flats in London. We can also provide utility meter reads.
Our testing adheres to the standards set by BS EN 50172 and BS 5266-8, ensuring your property's safety and compliance.
By combining our services with a separate fire alarm/emergency light testing company and fire door surveyor you can ensure full compliance at the best price.
If you arrange separately for the annual or six monthly 3 hours drain down test of the emergency lighting and servicing of the fire alarm, then we will provide the Emergency Lighting flick testing for the remaining 10 or 11 months and weekly fire alarm bell tests if required, at a much cheaper rate.
If your building is taller than 11m and requires quarterly communal fire door inspections, then we can carry out the quarterly visits at a much cheaper rate than the door surveyor who will be attending once a year to inspect all the doors.
We also offer to take occasional meter reads whilst on site if requested.
We will sign the logbook on site as well as keeping our own electronic records which we can email to the property manager every month or when required.
We will also report any health and safety issues that we notice during our visit.
